Sports physicals will be offered to middle school students planning to participate in athletics during the 2008-09 school year on Tuesday, May 20.   Physicals will be performed by Primary Care of Houghton Lake.  Students MUST have a completed physical card and $10 to receive a physical.  No money and/or an incomplete physical card means NO PHYSICAL.  (CHECKS ARE TO BE MADE OUT TO: PRIMARY CARE.)  Physical cards will be in the middle school office beginning Monday, May 12.

If you think you have “perfect” or “nearly perfect” attendance for the school year, please see Mrs. Vokes or leave a note for her with your name on it in the office.  Perfect attendance = no tardies, less than one day absent.  Nearly perfect attendance = no more than 2 days away from school and no more than three tardies for all year.
