Lake City Middle School Bulletin for Friday, January 16, 2015

Half Day of School Friday- For today's half day students will go to all six of their scheduled classes only with shortened times. Thank you and enjoy your day!

7th Grade Practice for today will be from noon-2:00 due to the half day. Please remember to tell your parents about the time change for your Friday's practice.

7th & 8th Grade Basketball Scores Last night the 7th & 8th grade Lady Trojans won their home opener games against Evart. The 8th grade score was 37-24 with the 7th grade score of 27-24. They were both very good games with lots of playing time for all.

Middle School Ski Trip The first ski trip to Caberfae will leave on Monday, January 19th. The sign-up sheet and paper work is in the office. Bus space is limited to forty so money is due as soon as possible.

Camp Rotary Money Camp Rotary money can paid any time before camp. The first week is February 23-27 with the second week March 2-6. Thank you!

Please fill out and return to the office by Friday Jan. 16th. All 6th grade boys are welcome and encourage to attend the camp that will run from Jan. 17-Feb. 14. 7th & 8th Girls Basketball Pictures Lifetouch will be here today after school for 7th & 8th grade basketball team picture. Remember to have your forms available and have your uniforms for that.

7th & 8th Girls Basketball Pictures Remember to bring your Lifetouch picture form tomorrow as ball pictures are afterschool, Wednesday, Jan. 14. Thank you-

MS Girls Basketball Scores- Last night the 8th grade lady Trojans beat Manton 35-17 in the season opener. It was a great team effort with all members seeing good playing time. The 7th grade unfortunately lost with a score of 19-60.

Battle of the Books Ardis Missaukee District Library has teamed up with McBain Community Library for this year's Battle of the Books. This is for 6th grade students who enjoy reading. Please stop in to the office to pick up a registration form for additional details.
