Students should not be walking on the shoulder of Houghton Street. If you are walking between the middle school and high school please go one block towards town and walk on Huron Street. Also to those students that walk to school, please watch for traffic before crossing the road near the entrance to the middle school.

 

All students must place their cell phones in their locker upon arrival to school.

 

 

Yearbooks for 7^th and 8^th grader have arrived.  Stop in the library during your lunch or before school tomorrow to pick up your yearbook.  If you did not order a yearbook last year and would still like to get one, please see Mrs. Swinehart in the library before school or during your lunch.

 

 

The Cadillac Elks Lodge will be holding soccer shoot on Saturday, September 18.  This will be held at the CASA soccer field.  Registration will begin at 9 a.m. and the contest will start at 10 a.m. There is no cost involved to the participants.   Check out the flyer posted outside of the office for more details.

 

The Festival of the Pines Teen Dance will be held on Thursday, September 16 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.  There is a $2.00 entry fee. This dance is open to 6^th through 8^th grade.

 

Wednesday  night the Lake City cross country team ran a fox and hound run at Manton.

Medaling for the Trojans were Nolan Linderman 14^th and Madison Kruschinska 21^st.

Great job!

 

Just a reminder that there is a varsity football game tonight at the athletic complex.  Game time is 7 p.m.
