Lake City Middle School Bulletin for Friday, November 18, 2016

Artisan Craft Market this Saturday- The 2nd annual Lake City Holiday Artisan Craft Market will be held this Saturday, November 19th from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the high school. There will be over 75 booths of crafters & artisans selling their wares, concessions, live music and lots of family fun!


MS Boys Basketball Vs Pine River=Win Both the 7th and 8th grade boys played Pine River last night. The 7th graders started the winning off with a 40-31 win. The 8th grade finished with a 49-40. Both teamed played well.


HOOP Christmas Starting November 16th, there will be a box in the Middle School Office to collect toys for the 52nd annual HOOP Christmas Party. The party provides toys to underprivileged children, from newborn to 14 years old, in Missaukee County. Please feel free to bring in unwrapped new toys for donation.


Lost & Found Box is Overflowing- If you are missing any type of clothing, water bottles, or other items please look through the overflowing box in the café/gym area. Today is the last day to check the lost and found area out! The box will be emptied by staff and donated to Friend's Ministry on November 21st.


Stuffed Animals Wanted The Manton Rotary is collecting new or gently used stuffed animals to be give out at Project Christmas. New or gently used stuffed animals will be collected until December 8. Thank you for any donations to this worthy cause!


Winter Sport Passes- are now available. Family=$50, Adult individual=$25, student individual=$10. Passes are good for all home games at middle and high school.

Popcorn Day this Friday -Let your AI teacher know if you are interested in purchasing a bag of popcorn. Each bag is $.50 with proceeds going toward special events for school. Pay for your popcorn today if you want a bag delivered to your AI classroom tomorrow!

Lake City Middle School Bulletin for Monday, November 14, 2016

No School Tomorrow -Enjoy your day off and good luck to those that are hunting! We will see you back on Wednesday, Nov. 16th.


Mobile Dentist will be in the LC District on December 16. Applications are in the office and need to be submitted no later than November 14th.

Solo and Ensemble Congratulations to band students Morgan Eisenga and Katlyn House. Over the weekend they performed at the Solo and Ensemble Festival held in Cadillac. Both students earned 'Superior' ratings for their solo performances. This is the highest rating given to students. Great job ladies!!
