Student Council information: Student Council interest forms are due today. Voting will be Monday during Advisory.

 

Volleyball Results! The 8th grade girls had their 3rd win of the season last night against the Rangers of Manton. They won the first two games 25-20 and 25-13 and lost the 3rd 21-25. There is also a practice change for today, the 7th grade will continue to be 3:30-5:00 and the 8th grade with be 4:00-5:30.

 

Homecoming is next Week! Spirit Days - Monday is Pajama Day! Tuesday is Camouflage Day! Wednesday is Color Day! (6th grade red, 7th grade yellow and orange, 8th grade green, staff blue) Thursday - College Day! Friday is red, white and black day!

Missing forms: We have emergency cards, internet forms and ipad agreements out for several of our students.  If you have not returned your forms, please do so by tomorrow.

Popcorn Day this Friday! Students may order a bag of popcorn for $.50 on Thursday in their Advisory hour. Popcorn will be delivered to the Advisory classroom on Friday. Teachers – please turn your popcorn money in to Mrs. Vokes by the end of the day today.

Student Council information: Anyone interested in being considered for Student Council should see Mrs. Gottschall for a nomination ballot. Student Council runs all the dances, helps with the Scholastic Book Fair, and holds several fundraisers too. Voting will be Monday the 22nd during Advisory. There are 4 sixth grade positions, 2 seventh grade positions, and 2 eight grade positions available. Current Student Council members need to see Mrs. Gottschall about continuing to be a part of the group.

 

Festival of the Pine Teen Dance for 6th through 8th grade will be held this Thursday, September 18, 6:30 to 8 pm. $2.00 admission. Dance will take place at the food and beverage tent in downtown Lake City.
