ANNOUNCEMENTS – Friday, September 30, 2011

Last night the 7th grade volleyball team soundly defeated McBain – 25-18, 25-12 and 25-19.  Excellent teamwork and teriffic serving! The 8th grade volleyball team beat the Ramblers last night in all three  games  -- 5-20, 25-23 and 25-13. It was a great team effort and the teams starts the second  half of the season 6-0. Good job,  8th grade, reminder no practice today and early practice Monday.

Reminder to students walking to the high school/elementary building... you must walk to Huron Street   and  then walk over to the high school/elementary building.  You are not to walk on Houghton Street.

ANNOUNCEMENTS – Thursday, September 29, 2011

The Middle school football team improved their record to 3-0 last night with a 46-0 win over Mesick.  Another excellent job by everyone on the team.

Students are encouraged to wear red and black in celebration of homecoming tomorrow.  No face paint is allowed.

There will be a student council meeting during Homeroom on Wednesday.

Wexford Missaukee Career Tech Center will be holding their annual Open House  on October 4 from 6-8 pm.¡Marca tu almanaque y prepárate para el Día de la Foto [DAY OF WEEK, DATE HERE]! Los formularios de pedido / volantes del Día de la Foto fueron enviados recientemente a casa con tu hijo.

 

The Missaukee County Sheriff’s Office will conduct an ORV training class on October 8 at the 404 1st Street (EMS building) beginning at 8 am. Class is limited to 20 students.  All participants must bring a sack lunch but do not bring your ORV.  Please call to pre-register 839-4338 extension 1.

ANNOUNCEMENTS – Tuesday, September 27, 2011

8th grade volleyball won their 5th game of the season last night against Pine River, 25-23 25-12 and 25-19. The girls played well as a team and really showed improvement. Last night the 7th grade volleyball team defeated a tough Pine River team 26-24, 26- 24 and 25-15. Excellent serving and teamwork,  girls. Watch them Thursday home against the Ramblers at 5 pm.
