Lake City Middle School Bulletin for Thursday, February 13, 2014

 

The Missaukee County Road Commission requests your cooperation through the winter months while snowplowing is taking place. Please be aware of the fact that the plows are on the roads many mornings at the same times as the busses. Make sure that you wait a safe distance from the plowed portion of the roadway until the bus actually arrives at the stop.

Mrs. Chadwick would like to remind all students: students are only permitted to ENTER and EXIT through the doors to the outside lab; you are not allowed to EXIT or ENTER through any other door. Also, students using the outside lab during home room will be dismissed as a group at the end of homeroom.

A reminder to students who walk Houghton Street, you must walk on the sidewalk. Do not walk in the road.

Missaukee Agricultural Youth Show - All MARKET exhibitors for the Missaukee Agricultural Youth Show are required to attend 2 educational classes. The class schedule can be found on the Missaukee Agricultural Youth Show Facebook page. Postcards with the schedule will be mailed to exhibitors from last year. Registered 4H members who attend their regular meetings are not required to attend the meetings put on by the MAYS board. Also any exhibitor who participates solely in the indoor or equine events is excused. If you have any questions, please contact Amanda Outman at 231-468-1851.

Valentine's Day Candy Grams Student Council will be sending Valentine’s Day Candy grams at lunch. The cost will be .25 for one or 5 for $1. They will be delivered on Thursday, February 13th during Homeroom. You must know the homeroom of the person who will be receiving the candy gram

Girls basketball results: Last night the 7th grade basketball team defeated Evart 35 to 16. As of last night every 7th grade lady Trojan has scored points this season. The 8th grade team won - 29-18
