Lake City Schools Variety Show Dress Rehearsal for the variety show will be June 3 at 5:30 with the actual Show on Saturday, June 4th at 6:00pm. The cost is $5 at the door, come on out and support our performers.
Pennies For Patients Mr. Kent's advisory class has taken the lead in our Pennies for Patients campaign! The winning Advisory class wins a pizza party. Keep on bringing in the donations!
Lost and Found The Lost and Found is over flowing! Stop by and claim your items before they are sent to Friends Ministry!
Bust a Beard How would you like to have a chance to shave off Mr. Randall’s or Mr. Brandsma's beards and help the Pennies for Patients campaign? Both have volunteered to let a student shave off their beards in front of the whole school! In order to participate, just pay $1.00 each for bearded faces at lunchtime. These donations will count toward your Advisory Class count. Your bearded faces will then be posted outside your Advisory Class. Natural Helpers will be selling them during each lunch period until Friday, May 6, our final Pennies for Patients day. That afternoon, during 6th hour, we will have a “Bust a Beard” assembly where the student barber will be selected.
Football There will be a quick meeting on Wednesday, May 4th during lunch for any student that is interested in playing football next year. We will have more detail next week.
Lunch Starting on Monday, May 23rd you will no longer be able to charge a lunch. If you are Reduced or Full Paid you will need cash in hand or money on your account to eat lunch. If you do not have either, you will be given the alternative meal.....a cheese sandwich. This does not apply to Free lunch students. Thank you for your cooperation!
