Tuesday night the Lake City Cross Country team ran in the Greater Northwest Conference Jamboree. Medaling for Lake City was Madison Kruschinska with a time of 16:07. Also placing for Lake Cty was Nolan Linderman with a time of 17:04, Brandon Young with a time of 18:15, PJ Pearson with a time of 24:07, and Jenne Wilson with a time of 27:2. All had personal best times
Great job was done by all.
Last night the Lake City football team showed much improvement but still fell short against a tough Pine River team.
The Missaukee County sheriff’s office is sponsoring an ORV training class on October 9. You must pre-register by calling 839-4338 extension 1.
You can purchase raffle tickets for an 8GB iPod Touch. Tickets may be purchased before or after school from Mr. Kent. Cost $1.00 Drawing will be held on October 29th. Second prize: $25.00 iTunes card, Third prize: Mrs. Linderman’s Scooby Doo Mystery Machine Lunch Box. Proceeds go to help fund Camp Rotary.
Reminder to those students with supervised study slips, those slips need to be turned in by your lunchtime tomorrow. Reminder to teachers that eligibility needs to be turned in to the office by your lunch time today.
