8th grader: Freshman Orientation will be held tonight, Tuesday, May 15 beginning at 6 pm in the high school auditorium. Please plan to attend this very important event!

Student Council members: Will 6th & 7th grade Student Council members please go to the library during homeroom for pictures.

Yearbooks are still for sale! There is still time to purchase yearbooks. Please pick up a form in the library. The cost is $13.

Wrestling Program fundraiser A fundraiser for the high school wrestling program has been scheduled for Saturday, May 26. Students will be picking up pine cones for the Dutchman Tree Farm. All middle school students are encouraged to participate even though there is not a middle school wrestling team. Student interested in helping, must sign up by Wednesday, May 23. There is a signup sheet in the office. Transportation to the farm will be provided. Meet in the north parking lot of the high school by 8:00 a.m. on the 26th.

Cafeteria charges.... Students and staff may not charge lunch. Back charges need to be paid as soon as possible, including those before you were approved for free lunch.

Football sign up will take place on this Thursday, May 17. Players will meet with Mr. Peterson during homeroom.

Last school dance! will be Friday, May 18. The dance ends at 5 pm. Pizza and pop will be sold. Hot Traxx will dj.

7th grade Sleeping Bear field trip will be this Friday, May 18. Please turn your permission slips in as soon as possible.

Fine Arts Fair will be held on Monday, May 21 beginning at 5:30 pm The middle school bands will be performing in the high school gym (main building).

8th grade Farewell Dance The 8th grade farewell dance will be held on June 2 - 7 to 9 pm. This dance is for 8th grade only!

Reminder to students.... Reminder to students walking to the high school/elementary building.... you must walk to Huron Street and then walk over to the high school/elementary building. You are NOT to walk on Houghton Street.
