Lake City Middle School Bulletin for Wednesday, February 04, 2015

After School Mr. Peterson has requested that no middle school students be in the elementary or high school buildings after school unless there is a specific purpose.


7th & 8th Grade Lock-in This Friday is the lock-in for 7th & 8th grade. Be sure to get your permission slips from the office if you haven't already. The cost is $8 to participate in the lock-in with various games and movies along with other activities to make it a fun night for all. Mrs. Nowak will be teaching leather stamping. If you are interested in learning please bring in your own leather to stamp (such as a leather belt). Examples will be in the display case outside the library after lunch today. There will also be snacks available for sale or you can bring your own. Again a portion of the money earned from the lock-in will go toward The Missaukee Human Society.  IF YOU MISS SCHOOL YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COME TO THE LOCK-IN.


Valentine’s Day Candy Grams Do you have a secret crush? Have you told your friends how much you appreciate them? Does that special someone know how much you like them? Starting Monday, Student Council will be selling Valentine’s Day Candy Grams during lunch. They cost a quarter each or 5 for a $1. Please know the Advisory class of the person you are buying the Candy Gram for. Delivery will be Thursday, February 12th during Advisory classes.


Caberfae Ski Trip The next Caberfae trip will be Monday, February 9th. Sign-up is in the office. Mrs. Gottschall has the permission slips so see her. Many of you who went the first time will have less paperwork to fill out. Anyone new to the trip will have numerous permission slips to sign.
