Lake City Middle School Bulletin for Monday, May 18, 2015 
Football Summer Camp Those students interested in attending Summer Football Camp will need to submit forms to the office no later than June 1. If you didn't receive a form you can pick one up in the office.
Library Closing The last day for the middle school library will be Friday, May 29th. All books will be due back by that date. Also, all fines for lost books will be due by the end of the year. Notes will be going home with that information soon.
Honor Roll Day- This Friday is Honor Roll Day, May 22. If you received an invite in the mail be sure to bring in your permission slip no later than this Wednesday. Please bring appropriate beach-type clothing & towel. Students may bring a favorite outdoor game. Please let your parents know of this change. Thank you!
Band Fundraiser If you sold for the band fundraiser please bring your money to the office today or as soon as possible.
Summer Basketball Camp Basketball Camp: All 6th-8th grade boys interested in attending Trojan Basketball Camp this summer, please pick-up a registration form in the office and return with payment by Friday, May 22nd. 6th and 7th graders: YELLOW SHEET. 8th graders: BLUE SHEET.
