Lake City Middle School Bulletin for Monday, October 26, 2015

6th grade Basketball Any 6th grade girl interested in playing in the travel league basketball program needs to get a form in the office. Forms are due back to Mrs. Bisballe on Friday, October 30th.

Pop Can Drive Don't forget to bring in your pop cans for the can drive that is being hosted by the problem solving class. All proceeds for this drive will go to the Wexford and Missaukee Humane Societies. The Advisory class with the most pop cans will receive popcorn. In the lead at this point is Ms. Ellis's class.

Batteries Don’t know what to do with your old batteries? Bring them to us. There are boxes in Mrs. Bisballe’s classroom and the office. Battery acid isn’t good for the linings in landfills and therefore we would like to make sure they are disposed of properly.

Boys Basketball Basketball tryouts will be held today and Tuesday. 8th grade will be from 3:30 until 5 and 7th grade will be from 5 until 6:30. Remember that you must have a physical turned in to participate in tryouts.

6th Annual Boy Scout Haunted House If you missed the 6th annual Boy Scout Haunted House you can still catch it this Friday from 6:30-9:30 at the Missaukee Conservation Club. The cost will be $5 per person with discounts available to those who come dressed in costume, in their boy scout uniform or with their boy scout card. See the flyers in the hallway for more information.
